What is New Media? New Media is the driving force behind new mediums of communicating a message to a group that does not use newspapers or television. At the broadest level you could consider the entire Internet a form of New Media. Our usage of the words "New Media" focuses around interaction with YOU and your social networking with us and fellow College Republicans around the Commonwealth. With the Commonwealth as large as it is, we have initialized several types of New Media to help everyone interact. From Ning to Facebook to Youtube, we hope you will make use of these items so we can work to develop a Republican social network across all of the public and private colleges and universities around the Commonwealth!
